Have you heard the news about The Fur-Bearers?

Have you noticed the changes yet? What was once the cumbersome The Association for the Protection of Fur-Bearing Animals (and various nicknames over the years) is now simply The Fur-Bearers. We’ve shortened the name many of you know for a simple reason: it’s a whole lot easier!

The old name remains our legal designation, but we’ve added The Fur-Bearers as part of our official name to make it easier for you when you’re including us in a will, writing cheques, or even just talking about us with our friends. Our mission, memories, and passion all remain the same!

We’ll be updating our pamphlets, t-shirts, and more, as they’re reprinted. Thank you for understanding and all you do for the animals!
