Registrants for our Wild Walk with The Fur-Bearers on Saturday, July 22, 2017 will be in for a treat as environmental educator Marina Langland has signed on to lead the hike at Dog Mountain!
Marina is an environmental educator with experience as a snowshoe guide at Mount Seymour, volunteer nature guide with the City of Surrey, and volunteer naturalist with the Colony Farm Park Association. She has 15 years of experience in wildlife conservation and is a former wildlife rehabilitator. Marina is a self-professed biology nerd and is passionate about educating others about nature. She enjoys hiking, birding, and wildlife watching.
The three-hour adventure for those of intermediate skill will begin at 9 am at the Mount Seymour ski resort. Space is very limited, so please register now by clicking here.
