Fall is in the air, the leaves are changing colour, and we’re slowly transitioning to wearing warmer clothing. With this comes a change in outerwear needs – and The Fur-Bearers are here to help you choose brands that keep sustainability and animal welfare in mind. Check out these four options we’ve put together:

1. Wuxly

Wuxly is a 100% Canadian-made, vegan outerwear company that uses sustainable materials. They have a wide range of options including parkas, fleeces, vests and accessories.

2. Noize

Noize is a cruelty-free brand that boasts eco-friendly and ethical practices. Their products feature recycled plastic, faux leather and fur, organic cotton and more!

3. Rains

Hailing from Denmark, Rains has become a staple in Canada’s outerwear scene. Choose from their wide selection of colours, fits and minimalist styles!

4. Alpine North

Alpine North is a Montreal-based brand that specializes in animal-free down alternatives. Find everything from puffers, parkas, to raincoats, made for harsh Canadian winters.

Let’s show everyone how easy ethical fashion can be. What pieces will you be wearing this fall? Tag us on social media if there are any brands we’ve missed that deserve a shoutout!
