Launch of New Microsite: End Fur Farming in British Columbia

Rows of sheds on a mink farm in British Columbia's Fraser Valley

We are excited to announce the launch of our new microsite, endfurfarmingbc.com! This website is a one-stop resource for everything you need to know about fur farming in British Columbia – and how you can become part of the movement to end it.

The site has up to date information about the COVID-19 situation on BC’s fur farms, an FAQ section, statistics and information about fur farming, photos of fur farms in BC, a recording of the fur farm webinar we hosted in the summer, and our newly updated fur farm report which provides a comprehensive overview of fur farming in BC.

Most importantly, it includes two new actions you can take to help end fur farming in British Columbia:

  1. Use the template to send a letter to Premier John Horgan, Cabinet Ministers, and your MLA, calling on them to end fur farming.
  2. Sign a petition that will be shared with Members of the Legislative Assembly and presented in the BC legislature.

Click here to go straight to the action items. Complete these two actions today and share the page on your social media accounts using the hashtag #EndFurFarmingBC.

Visit endfurfarmingbc.com – it’s time to make fur farming history in British Columbia.
