Volunteers needed for fox box program

The Fur-Bearers are looking for volunteers to help with our “fox box” pickups at different locations across Vancouver, BC! Fox boxes are branded donation boxes filled with wildlife-themed buttons that we provide to various businesses. These boxes are a great opportunity for store owners and volunteers to get involved in our work, and help raise awareness for wildlife protection in communities across Canada!

The requirement is as simple as heading to one of these locations each month to collect donations from the boxes, gathering the change to take to your bank and then transferring the funds to our website. Six businesses are currently in need of monthly pickups from volunteers. This includes two locations on West Broadway, three on Granville Island, and one in Cambie Village.

To become a volunteer, please contact Sydney at sydney@thefurbearers.com. You can also help by sharing this blog with anyone who may be interested in the program!
