We are pleased to announce our first monthly volunteer evening Wednesday November 28 from 5:30-7:30 pm at our brand new office (179 West Broadway in Vancouver).
We will have various workstations set up for:
- Making Christmas thank you cards;
- Packaging brochures and information packets;
- Letter writing to Canada Goose and other fur retailers;
- Thank-you phone calls to long time members;
- Social media using Twitter;
- Leafleting on Broadway and Cambie as a start for future street teams;
- Planting our outdoor pots for those with a green thumb!
All of these tasks help us out a great deal and could not be accomplished without our amazing volunteers.
Refreshments will be provided, so come on down for a fun-filled evening to help out a great cause!
