The Fur-Bearers is a non-partisan, charitable organization founded in 1953 to protect fur-bearing animals in the wild and confinement through Conservation, Advocacy, Research, and Education.
Our core campaigns are solution-oriented, and are organized into three groups: Living With Wildlife, Make Fur History, and Outreach + Education. All our programs fall within these groups.
Supporters and donors like you are the lifeblood of The Fur-Bearers. It is only through your contributions that we are able to have such a significant impact for wildlife across Canada.
